The exchange did go through and everything worked in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it took longer than I expected and I kept checking back wondering if something was stuck, so yeah it was fine overall, just not as quick as I would’ve liked.

I tried contacting them about my order i don’t have the patience to wait around for days just to hear back. They did eventually respond, but by then I was already annoyed and felt like I’d been ignored the whole time.

I had to return something, so I sent them a quick email. Because the process was simple, I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with a bunch of back and forth. The refund came through faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

Am I missing something, or should the packaging have held up a little better? The box arrived beat up, which wasn’t great to see when it got here.

I had a okay experience with karatemart overall. They’ve got a solid selection, but a few items I was interested in weren’t available in my size, which was a little disappointing. The site itself was easy to browse and place items in the cart, but I do wish the inventory felt a bit more up to date. If you’re shopping there, I’d definitely recommend checking size availability early or checking back later, especially if you’re after something specific.

KarateMart has a good variety, especially if you’re looking for weapons or uniforms. I did find a few items I don’t usually see on other sites, which was nice. That said, some of the categories felt kind of random, and a few products looked cheap or were out of stock. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was a little frustrating to sort through everything. I’d expect at least an apology or some acknowledgment for how messy and inconsistent the selection feels.

The weapons feel really sturdy and well-made, which I definitely appreciate. They have a nice weight to them and don’t feel cheap at all. That said, I’m still kind of on the fence overall, quality is good, but I’m not completely blown away.

I ordered some sparring gear from karatemart.com, the fit was really good. I was a little worried the shin guards might be too tight or uncomfortable, but they actually stay in place well and don’t slide around, which is exactly what you want, right? Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Overall, I’m happy with it.
